Polenta and Broccoli (Polenta e Broccoli)
Instructions
Prepare the polenta in the traditional way.
Meanwhile boil al dente broccoli in salted water and sauté in olive oil with garlic and chili pepper, then place them in a large bowl and pour over the polenta, stirring continuously.
Sprinkle with raw oil and serve.
