Sweet polentine
Instructions
Beat the eggs in a blender with the sugar for 2 minutes, then add the corn flour and the white one with the yeast.
Add the melted butter.
Beat for another minute then add the carrots, then pour the mixture into small round mould from previously grease and flour cakes.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 140 degrees and cook for another 8 minutes.
Serve with orange mascarpone cream.

- 100 g of precooked maize flour (valsugana)
- 150 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of grated carrots
- 1 sachet of baking powder
