Sweet popcorn
Instructions
You heat a pan on fire, then put a tablespoon of oil and two of corn kernels, stir quickly, cover with a lid and simmer at low heat for 4-5 minutes, shaking the Pan often.
When all the beans you will be opened (not will feel more the characteristic crackling), remove the Pan from the heat, put the popcorn in a bowl and, while they are still hot, sprinkle them with sugar to taste.
Prepare the other popcorn in the same way.
You can serve them right away, still hot, or when they are cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon of corn oil
- Granulated sugar
