Octopus with beans
Instructions
Soak the beans for 8 hours in a bowl with cold water, then drain and cook in a pot with salted water, covered, over low heat, for 50 minutes.
Peel the garlic and onion; Press the first and chop the second, then FRY them in a pan with oil; then add the tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped private, salted and then taste.
Cut Octopus into small pieces and place them in the saucepan; Add the drained beans, stir, add a bit of chili and simmer for at least 40 minutes, pouring in from time to time a little wine and a spoonful of broth.
Served piping hot on the table.

- 800 g of small polyps already cleaned
- 300 g of dried cannellini beans
- 8 ripe tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- Hot pepper
- Salt
