Boiled octopus
Instructions
Beat well the Octopus with a stick so as to snervarlo, spellatelo, clean it and wash it, possibly with seawater.
In a saucepan, boil water with salt, a clove of garlic and a bay leaf, dip the Octopus and boil over calculated about an hour to cook.
The fork should easily get into the meat of the polyp.
Turn off the heat and leave it in water until it will become lukewarm.
Remove Octopus, cut into strips, seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped parsley.
