Pollastrini baked
Instructions
Place the baking sheet with a pollastrini oil and a knob of butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in oven at medium heat for about half an hour.
Remove them from the container and dilute the sauce cooked with wine.
Bring to a light boil and add the cream, stir, then heat a few minutes and turn off.
Cut each pollastrino into four pieces, arrange them on the serving dish held in hot, cover them with the prepared sauce and serve very hot.
As a side dish we recommend Brussels sprouts or white turnips with butter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 pollastrini novelli
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 glass of cream
- 1 walnut butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
