Cheese chicken
Instructions
Fillet the chicken breasts and flour.
In a pan heat the oil and a little butter, place the chicken fillet and sauté about 5 minutes per side.
Spray them with 1/2 glass of white wine and lemon, evaporate.
Add 2 tablespoons of warm water.
On each chicken fillet put a slice of Swiss cheese and 1/2 slice of ham, cover the Pan, Cook a few more minutes and serve.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 80 g of emmenthal cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- White wine
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Flour
- Salt
