Pepper chicken
Instructions
Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces, put it in a pan with salt, olive oil and chopped onion and let Cook for 15 minutes.
Add the tomatoes cut into pieces and the chopped parsley, Cook for 1 hour and a half, stirring continuously.
In a skillet, Cook with oil and garlic, yellow peppers, sliced.
Seasoned, apart, with oil and lemon juice, 400 g green beans that you previously boiled.
Serve by placing around the tray the peppers, then the chicken and green beans.
