Thyme chicken
Instructions
Gut and flambé, wash chicken and cut into small pieces.
Let it marinate with white wine, thyme and parsley, washed (not chopped), bay leaf, salt and pepper for 2 hours, from time to time.
In a pan to heat the butter and oil with the onion and garlic peeled and chopped; place the chicken pieces and let them Brown.
Then low heat simmer for 1 hour, adding small quantities of wine from the marinade.
