Cut the chicken into pieces and put to fry in a pan with the butter and lard, sprinkling with chopped parsley.
Then cover with the potatoes cut into slices not too steep, onion, sliced, salt and wine.
Cover the saucepan and keep it in the oven up when cooked (from an hour to an hour and a half).
Serve hot.
Similar versions of this dish, add peppers, Zucchini and other vegetables.
