Instructions
Clean the chicken, cut into chunks and flame it.
In a frying pan Brown in oil the cloves of garlic.
Add chicken pieces and saute spraying with white wine.
As soon as the wine will be evaporated, add the red pepper, the tomatoes and the peppers, cut into strips and mandates.
Season with salt, cover the Pan and cook for about 45 minutes.

- 1 1000 g chicken
- 300 g of tomato
- 3 coarse-fleshed sweet peppers
- 1 chili
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of white wine
