Instructions

Cut the chicken into pieces and apply with mustard, salt and paprika.

Slice the peppers, onions, garlic and tomatoes.

Brown the chicken pieces on all sides and add the vegetables, tomato extract, salt and Rosemary.

Cook over medium heat for 15 mm.

cover and contain the minimum cooking for another 15 minutes.

Turn off and leave in covered pot for 15 minutes more.
