Chicken caesar
Instructions
Chop Rosemary and Sage.
Cut regular chicken into pieces.
Saute 3 tablespoons olive oil and a knob of butter and add the chopped and the chicken.
Brown to moderate flame and as soon as the meat is browned, add a glass of wine.
Evaporate, add salt, pepper and moisten with hot broth.
Bake covered for 25 minutes fire.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, keep the fire still a few moments, then serve.

- 700 g of chicken breasts
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 6 leaves of sage
- 1 lemon
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 cup of nut soup
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
