Chicken with Peppers (Pollo con I Peperoni)
Instructions
Flaming chicken, make it into pieces, wash and dry.
To Brown the garlic in oil, then add the chicken pieces, brown them on low heat, then add 1 glass of wine, raise the heat and evaporate.
Combine chopped tomatoes and peppers into strips; Add salt, pepper and cook over a low heat covered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally and basting with a little hot water.
