Cut the chicken into quarters and remove the skin.
Cook in the broth with the grated radish, onions cut into large slices and blanched almonds, peeled and finely chopped.
Place the chicken on a serving dish.
Add the cooking liquid butter and cream, salt and sweet fire to thicken.
Pass the sauce and serve with the chicken.
