Instructions

Chop 200 g veal, 200 g of pork meat and 200 g Lamb with 2 cloves garlic and 1 onion, 1 bell pepper and 1 pinch of Marjoram.

Salt and pepper the mix, manipulate it and let it sit for 2 hours in a cool place.

Make dough balls from as large as a walnut and infilzarle on a skewer with bread cubes are spaced apart.

Grease with olive oil and cook them on the spit for 10-15 minutes.
