Instructions
Wash and peel the carrots.
Dry them and use.
Incorporate eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix ingredients well and form meatballs.
FRY in hot oil and put them in a paper towel before bringing them to the table.

- 600 g of carrots
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
