Instructions
Drain the chickpeas and toss to blend.
Combine the pureed egg, Rosemary, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Mix well and form of oval patties and a bit squashed.
Brown in a skillet with oil, then sprinkle with a little broth, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
