Beef meatballs with spinach

Instructions

Cook spinach, drain them, chop them finely.

Finely chop the meat.

Make the béchamel sauce.

Mix everything and season the mixture with grated cheese, egg and salt.

Prepare eight meatballs, flour them and fry them in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and butter well.

Dry on paper towels, serve immediately.

Accompanying wines: Sorni Rosso DOC, DOC, Sangiovese Rosé Biferno D'arborea DOC.
