Beef meatballs with sauce
Instructions
Put the meat in a bowl. Add the bun soaked and reduced to a pulp, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley, eggs, salt and pepper. All amalgam: the mixture should be quite thick; otherwise add more Parmesan.
Scores of balls not very great and meanwhile make a sauce with the tomato puree, adding olive oil, the garlic, Basil and salt. After 10 minutes, dip the meatballs and let Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve the beef meatballs with garnishes as desired. You can use the sauce for seasoning a good pasta first.

- 400 g minced meat of beef
- 100 g pork sausage
- 1 sandwich soaked in milk
- 100 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- garlic and chopped parsley
- a jar of 1/2 liter of tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- basil
