Instructions
Crumble the clean fish and mix in 1 Bowl with the sauce, the bread slightly wet and crumbled and the egg.
Add salt, forming small balls, dip in flour, shaking off excess one and brown them in butter.
Serve with lemon wedges as desired.

- 200 g of cooked fish
- 50 g of ready-made béchamel sauce
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- Little of flour
- Butter
- Salt
- To serve:
- Some cloves of lemon
