Fish meatballs (3)
Instructions
Prepare a batter with 2 egg yolks, flour, 3 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.
Add enough wine to get a smooth batter then mix 2 whipped egg whites.
Mix the fish with potatoes, an egg, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Form meatballs, dip in batter and FRY in plenty of hot oil.

- 400 g of boiled cod
- 100 g of boiled potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- White sparkling wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Olive oil
