Meatballs in soup
Instructions
Finely chop parsley, spinach, Sage, lemon peel and Crumb.
Working in a knob of butter cream with a pinch of salt, then add the egg, mix and then add the chopped herbs and bread.
If the mixture is not consistent add some breadcrumbs.
Get many small meatballs and cuocer-in the broth for 5 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.

- 100 g of spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 bun (crumb)
- 2 leaves sage
- 1 handful of parsley
- Little of lemon zest
- Broth
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
