Spicy Meatballs (Polpettine Piccanti)
Instructions
Chop all vegetables very finely and fry them in oil.
Spolverizzarle with chilli pepper and let cool.
Mix the 2 types of meat, add the crumbled bread crumbs, egg, vegetables and mix the ingredients for a long time.
Prepare meatballs as big as walnuts, roll in bread crumbs and FRY in hot but not boiling oil until they will be golden brown.
Serve immediately.

- 300 g of minced beef
- 200 g of pork rillette
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 bell pepper =
- 1 slice of bread
- Chili powder
- Parsley
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
- Peanut oil
