Meatloaf tuna and potatoes
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
When they are cooked, spellatele and mash with potato masher.
Collect the purée into a bowl.
Clean the anchovies, remove the bone, wash and dry them.
Chop together with the tuna and add this mixture to the mashed potatoes.
Add the olive oil, add salt if needed and stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Wet your hands under cold water and knead the meatloaf giving it the shape of a fish.
With a knife cut the surface to create the scales, then garnish with capers.
Make firm eggs, let them cool and Peel.
Cut into slices and decorate the dish with them, inframmezzandole with olives.

- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 400 g of potatoes
- 4 salted anchovies
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of capers
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of black olives
- 40 g of mayonnaise
