Meatloaf in green
Instructions
Boil for 10 minutes the green part of the coasts, drain and toss in a pan and chopping with a little oil and garlic.
Mix the meat with eggs, cheese, nutmeg, chopped, ribs breadcrumbs softened in a little milk and well squeezed, salt and pepper.
Form a meatloaf, pass it in a veil of flour and dorarlo in a little oil.
Then cook for 1 hour, covered with olive oil, butter and 1/2 glass of wine, adding, if necessary, with water.

- 400 g of minced beef
- 800 g of coasts
- 2 eggs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- Milk
- Nutmeg
- Dry red wine
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
