Instructions
Wash and dry tomatoes, cut them horizontally, remove seeds, salt, flip them and let them rest 15 minutes, so you lose the vegetation water.
Pat dry and place in a baking dish, greased with a little oil.
Wash, chop the Basil and mint and put them in a bowl with parsley, chives, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture over the tomatoes, irrorarli with oil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
