Stuffed tomatoes alla siciliana
Instructions
Remove the tomatoes, drain CAP and drain them upside down.
Sauté the sliced onion with the chopped parsley, the garlic and the anchovies done in pieces.
After removing from heat, add the toasted bread crumbs, capers, oregano, salt and pepper.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and arrange in a greased baking with oil and bake for about 15 minutes at moderate temperature.

- 12 ripe tomatoes
- 180 g of toasted breadcrumbs
- 6 anchovies
- 1 chopped parsley and garlic
- 50 g of capers
- 50 g of onion
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
