Stuffed tomatoes with ham
Instructions
Empty the tomatoes.
Place in buttered baking dish.
Fill them with the mixture of bechamel and prosciutto.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Put small pieces of butter over it.
Bake at 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.

- 8 great tomatoes
- 100 g of chopped cooked ham
- 25 g of chopped parsley
- 75 g of butter
- 125 g of bechamel
