Leeks in bunches
Instructions
Remove the leeks the green part, remove the skin to white part and draw the funds.
Wash and boil them in salted boiling water for 15 minutes.
Drain them, dry them and always coil them in groups of 2 or 3 (depending on size) in a slice of ham.
Align the bunches in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and pour over melted butter.
Bake and Gratin for 15-20 minutes.
