Chocolate pralines
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the chopped hazelnuts and cakes with the grinder.
Add the raw egg (wishing you can mount snow white) melted butter but cold, sweetened cocoa, sugar, rum and milk.
Mix well.
If the dough is too dry add a little milk.
Must be a homogeneous mixture, wet, but not too much.
Form balls and pass it on bitter chocolate (delicious variant: put inside a nutty!).
Put the Pralines in the freezer for a few hours.
Before serving, thaw them must remain soft but not cold (about 1 hour or 2).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of sweetened cocoa
- Bitter chocolate
- 1 pack of galettes
- 100 g of toasted hazelnuts (or mixed dried fruit)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- == 1 whole egg
- 50 g of melted butter
- Little of milk
- 1/2 cup of rum (or marsala wine or cognac)
