Baked smoked ham
Instructions
Let soak in cold water for 18 hours 1000 g of smoked ham.
Wrap it in 3 aluminium paper and place the package in the middle of the oven already pre-heated to 80 degrees.
Bake for an hour.
A little water poured on the baking sheet from the oven during cooking will keep softer ham.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 45 minutes before you discard, cut away the rind and replace it with breadcrumbs.
It serves the following day, sliced thinly.
