Proscuitto with peppers and grapefruit
Instructions
Wash and chop the vegetables.
Peel and cut into cubes the melon.
Prepare a white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
Combine the chopped vegetables to the sauce.
Season with salt, add the paprika and pour it all over the Ham with melon.
