Crusted ham
Instructions
Prepared about 30 cl smooth béchamel sauce (or use one already prepared), join a yolk, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Spread with cold sauce ham slices and roll them up.
Roll out the pastry and cut out 8 rectangles big enough to wrap the ham cannelloni.
Wrap each cannelloni on one of the rectangles of puff pastry, well sealed the openings with the second egg yolk beaten, then brush the surfaces with the egg yolk and bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Accompanied the rolls with vegetables or cooked with a nice green salad.

- 8 slices of lean cooked ham
- 300 g of puff pastry
- 30 cl of bechamel
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
