Instructions

07702 INGREDIENT CRUSTED FISH 4 PERSONS 200 g of puff pastry, 600 g salmon slices, 5 or 6 sprigs of spinach, herbs (parsley, thyme), 30 g butter, salt, pepper.

Sprinkle the fish with PROCESS flavourings, wrap it up in foil and bake in a water bath for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, sauté the spinach in butter.

Sprinkle the pretzels and keep aside.

Roll out the dough and place over spinach, then drained and close fish shaped like a fish.

Place in a buttered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 200°
