Pudding of ladyfingers
Instructions
Prepare the cream working the eggs with sugar, and when they are well beaten pour the warm milk.
Take a mold and smooth top and lined with aluminum foil with parchment paper; at the bottom have a layer of ladyfingers, then on this sprinkle some raisins and candied fruit, then continue doing so other layers until ingredients.
Pour in the cream, so that cookies are imbevano well, and when it is all absorbed and the Biscuits are inflated, pass the mold in a water bath and then in the oven, where the firing must be carried out until the cream is thickened.
