Tips of asparagus au gratin
Instructions
Clean the asparagus and cook them in salted water for 15 minutes.
If you are using frozen asparagus cooking, follow the signs on the package.
Cut the asparagus into pieces of about 7 cm long and put them in a baking dish.
Collect the remainder of asparagus in the mixer Cup or reduce it in Blender and puree.
Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the asparagus puree, butter, 1 teaspoon of granular Knorr vegetable broth and let heat to moderate fire, thicken.
Remove from heat, add Parmesan, a pinch of pepper, chives, cut into small pieces and the egg yolk, stir thoroughly and pour the sauce over the asparagus.
Passed the dish in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
You can serve this delicious prepared with scrambled eggs or chicken breasts cooked in the pan.

- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus (bunches from 1000 g)
- 20 cl of creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon of granular knorr vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 bit of butter
- 1 egg
- Some wires of chives
- 1 pinch of pepper
