Mashed summer
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
Chop the cucumbers, peppers and olives pitted, add 1 tablespoon anchovy paste, 5 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
Peel the potatoes and mash with a potato masher.
Combine the sauce, mix well and serve the cold puree.

- 5 potatoes
- 3 pickles
- 1 pickled pepper
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- 8 green olives
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
