Asparagus and bacon quiche
Instructions
Wash the asparagus after eliminating the hardest part of the stem.
Cook steamed for 5 minutes and then let them cool.
Stir cream eggs with a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
Grease with a little oil in a pan, roll out the dough and even out the edges.
Spread asparagus evenly alternating with Bacon slices and decorate with cream mixture.
Put the quiche in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and gilds.
Let it cool and then serve in slices.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of pizza dough already stretched out
- 1 bunch of thin asparagus
- 20 cl of creme fraiche
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of sliced bacon
- 1 thread of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
