Instructions

1003 ASPARAGUS and cheese FLAN INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 bunch of asparagus, 200 g of Parmesan cheese, 200 g cream, 6 eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper, Blanched asparagus PROCEDURE and beat them well, keeping what one aside for garnish.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in water bath for two hours.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan just and au gratin.

Decorated with boiled asparagus and serve.
