Pesto with artichoke queens
Instructions
Chop the Basil and pine nuts, then add the Parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Boiling salted water, add the artichokes, trimmed, cut into segments and dive into water acidulated with lemon juice.
Cook for a few seconds.
Drain and season pasta, artichokes and pesto.
Serve immediately.

- 320 g of type pasta queens
- 3 artichokes
- 100 g of basil
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
