Pesto with anchovies
Instructions
Wash the peppers, remove filaments and seeds and cut into strips.
In a pan heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil, Brown the garlic whole and delete it.
Put the peppers in skillet and sauté over high heat, little salt, lower the flame and cook for about 20 minutes.
Add the chopped anchovies, add salt and pepper and let stand for a few minutes again.
