Instructions

Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces.

In a Pan fry the crushed garlic with oil and delete it.

Combine peppers, chilli, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes, add with 1 tablespoon mixed aromatic leaves.

Beat the egg with the cream and 2 tablespoons of juice and zest of lemon, cheese, salt and pepper.

Cook pasta al dente, toss in a pan with peppers, pour in beaten egg with the cream and mix.
