Rigatoni with mushrooms and ham
Instructions
Peel and cut the mushrooms into strips.
In a Pan fry the cloves of peeled garlic, add fragrant herbs, mushrooms and a pinch of pepper, then wet with the marsala, and then fade.
Cook for 15 minutes and at the end of cooking add the ham into strips.
Meanwhile boil in salted boiling water the rigatoni, drain and toss with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type rigatoni pasta
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of marjoram
- 200 g of ham
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
