Instructions

Cook the peas in salt water.

Melt a bit of butter in a pan and pour the eggs slightly beaten with a pinch of salt.

Strapazzarle over low heat with a wooden spoon.

Add rice, peas, well drained, pepper, salt, nutmeg and remaining butter.

Raise the heat and cook stirring for about 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
