Rice, a spicy salad
Instructions
Boil the rice, wash it under cold water to stop the cooking.
Cook peas in salted water, drain.
Put ingredients in a salad bowl, combine the pitted olives, capers, pepper flakes, anchovies, seasoned with olive oil beaten with lemon juice, salt and pepper, stir and serve.

- 150 g of green and black olives, pitted
- 1 pepper
- 50 g of shelled peas
- 80 g of anchovies
- Capers
