Instructions
Boil the baby squid in a little water flavoured with celery, onion and pepper.
Almost finished cooking add the prawns.
Cut the squid into strips and put them back into the cooking liquid, then add the tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil and lemon.
Let marinate for 2-3 hours.
Cook steamed rice and season the sauce and Arugula.

- 320 g of rice
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 300 g of squid
- 200 g of shrimp
- 300 g of stir-fried mushrooms
- 2 ribs of celery
- 40 g of olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 50 g of chopped arugula salad
- Salt
- Peppercorns
- Onion
