Prepares a risotto making fry the onion with the diced peppers, and adding the rice to shine.
Add the broth a little at a time and the champagne until 1 minute from the end.
Cut the cheese into cubes and add to risotto.
Do you cook for the remaining minutes and eat.
The rice takes the color of peppers, red, and both flavors, scamorza and peppers.
