Risotto with artichokes (3)
Instructions
Brown ii thin sliced artichokes along with fine chopped onion, sprinkle the wine and add 1 handful of parsley.
Add the rice, stirring constantly.
Once seasoned, begin to add the vegetable broth to cookware, without ceasing to mscolare until the rice is al dente.
Before I finish cooking, add grated cheese.

- 80 g of rice
- 2 artichokes
- 20 g of grana
- 10 g of olive oil
- 3 cl of white wine
- Garlic
- Onion
- 1 handful of parsley
