Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water and then drain.
Sauté the onion with oil, garlic and parsley and tomatoes.
Boil the Octopus, clams, mussels, sea and add dates, minced, in tomato sauce.
Serve with the gravy and rice sprinkled with oregano.

- 400 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 2000 g of fish (octopus, clams, mussels, sea dates)
- Parsley
